About Agentancy
Agentancy is a Dutch B2B SaaS that does AI-driven line-level invoice recognition for accountancy firms and bookkeepers. Core differentiator: “the AI agent for the invoices nobody can post.”
Agentancy is built by a Dutch team with years of experience in bookkeeping and software development. We build Agentancy because we know the frustration with existing invoice processing at first hand.
EU data boundary
- Hosting in the Netherlands, Amsterdam region (EU): compute, worker and encrypted managed database; storage and queue likewise within the EU.
- Document and text AI via EU routes or via OpenAI Ireland Ltd under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; optional Gemini Live support worldwide after a choice made per session.
- Self-hosted authentication within the EU, no US cloud for login.
- Cookieless statistics; marketing pixels load only after consent; no session recording.
