You switch over per administration whenever you are ready, so you never have to move your entire portfolio in one go. Either way you run your first real documents that same day.

Hardly. With Tandem the ordinary document flow keeps running exactly as it does now. Only the difficult documents that would otherwise become manual work go through Agentancy. The only new thing is a review screen that works entirely from the keyboard: about 30 seconds per parked document.

Close to home. Core hosting and the database are in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), and document storage stays within European regions. Which other parties process document content, and under which safeguards, is set out clearly up front in the data processing agreement.

Cancellable monthly, with no long-term commitment. On cancellation you have 90 days to export your data. After that we store it pseudonymised for the statutory 7-year retention obligation.

No. Your invoices are not used for model training. On the EUrouter or OpenAI route in use, prompt and response content may be retained for operational purposes for up to 30 days. The learning rules we store ourselves are your own firm-specific rules. That applies to the demo above as well: we do not keep that document, but the same operational retention period on the AI route applies there too.
