The more exceptions, the lower the price per band

The bands apply to all exception documents from your firm in one calendar month, all administrations added together, so not per administration. Only the documents within a band get the matching rate.

Worked example

1.500 exception documents in one month across your whole firm = 1.000 × €0,40 + 500 × €0,30 = € 550 per month. Whether those 1.500 documents come from 5 or from 50 administrations makes no difference to the amount.

From 200 active administrations onwards you never pay more with Totaal than you do now. If our full price is lower than your current monthly amount, you save straight away. If it is higher, you simply pay your current monthly amount. All we ask for is your latest supplier invoice as a check.
Then we no longer use the standard tiers, but build a proposal based on your own portfolio: a fixed price per connected administration. The switching guarantee stays the floor: your full Totaal price will never be higher than what you pay for scan & recognise today. Request a price comparison through the contact form.
Choose Tandem if your current scan & recognise software handles most documents well and you only want to automate the exceptions. Choose Totaal if Agentancy should recognise and post every invoice and replace your current scan & recognise software.
You pay per exception document and per price band: the first 1.000 cost €0,40 per document, the next 2.000 €0,30 and everything above that €0,20. For 1.500 documents that is 1.000 × €0,40 plus 500 × €0,30 = €550. After the trial a minimum of €40 per firm per month applies.
Per firm. We add up all exception documents that Agentancy processes for your firm in a calendar month, across all your administrations together, and run that total through the bands. So the bands do not start again per administration. That works in your favour: 1.500 documents spread over 50 administrations cost the same as 1.500 documents from a single administration, namely €550, whereas counting per administration would keep every administration in the most expensive band of €0,40.
With 1 to 10 active administrations the firm minimum means you pay €90 per month. Administrations 11 to 15 cost €9 per extra administration, 16 to 50 cost €6 per extra administration, and from number 51 onwards you pay €3,95 per extra administration, or €3,49 on an annual contract. The bigger your portfolio, the lower the price per administration: at 200 administrations that works out at roughly € 4,69 per administration per month. Your total price never falls when an administration is added.
Each active administration includes 30 documents per calendar month. This allowance is not pooled between administrations. Only documents above 30 within the same administration cost €0,19 per document.
Line splitting costs €0,20 per document in Tandem and €0,09 per document in Totaal. It means individual invoice lines are recognised and posted separately.
