Automatic matching with AI, straight in your package.

Every day Agentancy fetches the bank lines that are still open, finds the invoice for them with AI and matches them in the accounting package itself. After your click, or in bulk.

Supported in:Exact OnlineTwinfieldSnelStart

Bank transaction lines your package leaves open, Agentancy matches.

Exact Online, Twinfield and SnelStart match what they recognise themselves. The rest stays open until someone at the firm looks up the invoice. Agentancy does that with AI, and then matches the line in the package itself.

  1. Open bank transaction lines come in by themselves

Every day Agentancy fetches the bank transaction lines that are still open in your package. You don't need to upload statements.

  2. AI finds the invoice

First fixed rules on amount, invoice number and name. Whatever is still open after that, the AI compares with your open invoices, even when the description differs or the name is spelled differently.

  3. Matched in your package

One click, or in bulk from the confidence you choose. Agentancy matches the line in Exact Online, Twinfield or SnelStart and then checks that it worked.

You stay in control: Agentancy matches nothing without your click or bulk instruction.

Payment difference: Agentancy writes off a small difference from bank charges or an exchange rate in Exact Online with a journal entry. In Twinfield and SnelStart, Agentancy only matches the exact amount.

In Totaal: matching is part of Totaal, for Exact Online, Twinfield and SnelStart.

How Agentancy matches in Exact Online, Twinfield and SnelStart

Every package works differently. Agentancy follows the package's own way, so you see the match there the way you are used to.

Exact Online

Agentancy matches the bank line against the invoice in Exact Online and then checks in Exact that it worked.

  • Agentancy writes off a small payment difference with a journal entry, up to the percentage you set
  • Lines you already processed in Exact no longer show as open in Agentancy
  • Works with a separate Exact user account for matching

Twinfield

Agentancy matches the bank line in Twinfield and then reads back whether it worked. If the line comes from Twinfield's bank feed, it goes through a journal entry.

  • No extra account: the regular Twinfield connection is enough
  • Only for an amount exactly equal to what is still outstanding
  • If there is already an open payment on the relation, Agentancy writes nothing

SnelStart

Agentancy picks up the bank lines SnelStart put on Vraagposten or Onbekende betalingen, and puts them on the invoice in SnelStart.

  • The date, description and amount of the bank posting stay as they are
  • Only for an amount exactly equal to what is still outstanding
  • Works with your firm's SnelStart login

Do you work with e-Boekhouden or AFAS? Matching is not yet available there; recognising and posting are. See all connections on the integrations page.

Fixed rules first, then AI, and you have the final say

Fixed rules first

The amount must match exactly, and so must the direction: a debit belongs to a purchase invoice, a credit to a sales invoice. An invoice number or the relation's name in the description makes the suggestion stronger. If two invoices are equally good, Agentancy does not guess.

Then the AI

Whatever stays open, the AI compares with your outstanding invoices. It also recognises a different description or a name spelled differently. Agentancy then checks the direction again and only accepts invoices that are actually outstanding.

You decide

Every suggestion is in the list with its confidence and explanation. Confirm one line, match in bulk from the confidence you choose, or pick a different invoice yourself.

A suggestion from the AI gets at most 80% confidence. At the default threshold of 85%, bulk matching therefore only covers what the fixed rules were sure of; AI suggestions are included when you tick them or lower the threshold.

No. Agentancy makes suggestions and only matches after your click or bulk instruction. In bulk you choose the confidence from which suggestions are included, or you tick the lines you want to match.

Only for Exact Online. Exact offers no connection for assigning statement lines to invoices, so Agentancy does that with a separate Exact user account that you connect once. That way Exact keeps showing what Agentancy matched. Twinfield and SnelStart use your firm's regular connection.
Matching is part of Totaal, in which Agentancy also recognises and posts. You start with 30 days or 100 documents free, without a credit card. The tiers are on the pricing page.
